Pastor Brandon L. Thornton
Reverend Brandon L. Thornton is a man who believes that with God, under the unction of Holy Spirit, there is always a way out, a way through, and a way up. He accepted his call into ministry in the year of 2012. He is an Itinerate Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church where he serves in the 9th Episcopal District as senior pastor of the Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Phenix City, Alabama.
Reverend Thornton is developing a ministry concept that’s paving out the standard of excellence: a standard that is apparent in his commitment to ministry.
Reverend Thornton is graduate of Marion County High School, in Buena Vista, GA.
He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Management from Wilberforce University in Wilberforce, Ohio,
a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music Production from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida.
He is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree from The Payne Theological Seminary in Wilberforce, Ohio.
Reverend Thornton is a gifted musician. He is married to the lovely Shandra Thornton, and currently resides in Phenix City, Alabama.
Reverend Thornton stands on 2nd Corinthians 4:7 “But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.”
